Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

HOW TO GET STARTED

All new members must participate in the On Ramp Class before joining the daily workouts. This class is essential as it introduces you to the 9 fundamental movements you must know in order to participate in CrossFit workouts.

You must complete the On Ramp class before being allowed to join regular workouts. This class helps to ensure your safety and will allow you to get the most out of your workouts. Exceptions will be made at the Head Coaches discretion.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here at CrossFit Camberley we pride ourselves on working with athletes of all different types and ability levels and making them better.

Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We train for longevity, we train for health and most of all, and we train for fun.

In our Box, we have pull-up bars, ropes and rings. We have free weights and kettle bells and climbing ropes. We have rowing machines and jump ropes. Most importantly, we have a community of athletes of all abilities led by world class CrossFit coaches who teach movements, coach form and inspire group workouts 5 times a day.
